Introduction I am a licensed clinical psychologist (PSY32401) and organizational consultant, with an independent consultation and psychotherapy practice based in California. I am the principal and founder of Integrative Consulting & Psych Services. I identify as a Black Queer Woman.
Education I earned both my Doctorate and Master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP) at Alliant International University in San Francisco, CA. CSPP is accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA). I completed my Bachelor’s in Psychology, with a concentration in Human Services, from DePaul University in Chicago, IL. Additionally, I completed the One Year Program: Psychoanalysis and the Sociopolitical World at the Manhattan Institute for Psychoanalysis. Currently, I am a candidate at the Chicago Center for Psychoanalysis & Psychotherapy, where I am training to become a psychoanalyst.
Organizational Consulting Experience I have the privilege of partnering with organizations to offer strategic consulting, professional development, and evaluation services that foster meaningful outcomes. Drawing upon my extensive experience in designing and facilitating effective training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities, I strive to create impactful learning experiences. Furthermore, I am dedicated to empowering leaders, particularly BIPOC women leaders, to unlock their full potential through professional coaching.
Clinical, Academic, and Supervisory Experience I have experience leading clinical teams across various settings, including universities, human rights, community mental health, inpatient care, substance use treatment, private practice, and school-based services. I have experience providing psychological services and care to adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families. Additionally, I have taught as an assistant professor at both the master’s and doctoral levels. As the director of a community mental health clinic, I trained and supervised doctoral psychology students, predoctoral interns, and postdoctoral fellows for a few years. Most recently, I provided mental health technical assistance, program development, and consultation at Stanford University.
Self- and Community-Care I believe it is important to have a healthy life-work balance. Therefore, I strive to incorporate self-care into my daily life which includes engaging in creative practices, meditation, yoga, reading, as well as, spending time with loved ones and my community.
